"How did we get here? To this place of tolerance of any and everything intolerable to Christianity. Depravity that dwells within each of us, an allowable permissiveness because we don’t want to offend anyone and discounting the word of God making it of no affect. But, thats Satans ploy of deception."

It is because we have buildings filled with people on Sundays that call themselves the church, who elevate the man in the pulpit above the God he is supposed to serve. And pastors who are more interested in the perceived success of ministry by counting people and growing buildings. Who spend more time talking about their vision than God's word.

We see alter calls on Sundays where people go to the alter to be saved after having heard a message that never mentioned sin or repentance, all they heard is that God has a blessing around the next corner for them. How can one be saved if he has not heard the Gospel message, because the pastor didn't fit it in between just believe for a breakthrough and we need to build this (fill in the blank) thing for "God's" glory.

America is plagued by horrible things like abortion, homosexuality and the like; because these things are never mentioned or denounced from the pulpit anymore, we are too busy building ministries to minister to society with the plain Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

"If it means that I am to be called a bigot because i am intolerant to changing one word of His message then let it be so. Let me fanatically stand on every word that He has given us now and forever more."

Amen! Where do I sign?

Hey brother good article,

I just want to say I noticed that your writing has dropped off, if it has because of time I get that. But if it is because of a lack of readers, don't stop writing be encouraged the comments will come. You have a perspective that should be heard.

Rest in the Lord,

"At the end of the day and throughout the day we must strive to live according to the Word of God, Luke 6:31, "And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.
do unto others as you would have them do unto you". As a man of God we are to be examples in word and deed throughout life."

It is so and forward by faith,
Pastor Tim

Brother, I cannot tell you in words, my own, what this message about forgiveness means to me this day. But I will try, the timing of God is allways right. I needed to read this message, and just as the Lord God would have it, I read this today. I must show forgivness to men who would do me evil, but Jesus means it for my good, my growth and His glory. Praise God for His gift of writing He has borne in you. Love you Man of God, keep serving. Peace, Mark

Our Duty:

John 6:27 Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.
28 Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?
29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

II Corinthians 4:1 Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;
2 But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.
